Before you leave for the airport, a few small checks can make the arrival transfer feel much easier. Confirm the pickup airport, landing time, lead passenger name, phone number, and accommodation address in one place so everyone in your group can find the details quickly.
Confirm the journey details
Check that your transfer booking uses the flight arrival time, not the departure time from home. Add the flight number where possible, because it helps the provider track delays and plan the pickup window.Plan for bags and extras
