You pay £10 today via Stripe to confirm your booking. The remaining fare (in EUR) is paid directly to your driver — cash or card — when you arrive. We've kept the deposit small so you're not out of pocket if your plans change.
Nothing — we monitor every flight number you give us. Your driver will adjust automatically and will be there when you land, even if you're hours late. There are no extra waiting charges for flight delays.
Your driver will be in arrivals holding a sign with your name. We send their photo, name, and phone number to you 24 hours before your transfer so you'll recognise them immediately. Free meet-and-greet on every booking.
